I just did the $99 upgrade. I have a fender account and can log in and have just downloaded 8.1. My computer is: 9950x, 64 GB DDR5, boot is PCIE SSD 4 TB, 1.8 TB clear, windows 11. 8.1 installs with no issue. Once I input my verification code from the Fender site, I get this popup, when I enter my information (I copy the serial number from the Fender site (have also copied the PW to make sure its correct). When I put in the correct information it says problem with password/email. Anyone knows how to fix this (I've put in a help request).

It seems like you have done all the right things. I hope you get a quick response from support. Since you mention this is an upgrade, I imagine you have had your Fender account for some time (as in not the past few hours). Is that correct?

You're on the form to create an account on that screenshot, you need to log-in to your existing?
Try using the logout/login option via the file menu within FSP? Or does it not let you go that far?

Tech support got it done, nothing to do with my system. Refunded my money, got the PW error fixed, and I'm up and running. Got to say for such a weird situation it was resolved quickly.
