MPE per note volume

Halo Serene

How do I automate per note volume - I have everything setup for MPE but there is only Pitch, Pressure or Timbre available, which I don't want. I can't see a way of doing Volume (or adding it to the above list of MPEable parameters).

I have chords where the notes come in at intervals one at a time to build up the chord, but I want them to fade in without changing the volume of already playing notes

Thanks for any help

Seems like a bit of a lacking in MPE IMO, but I guess IIWII

I am trying to do the above using the new CA Memorymode V2 plugin with no success - I can probably accomplish what I want to do by putting each note of the chords on different tracks, but that kind of fiddly and should be unnecessary since there is MPE 🤷‍♂️

Anyway, I tried doing same using external controllers (Atom and AtomSQ) - I can see on the track's activity 'thingy' that pressure is being transmitted and received by S1 (V7), so I guess everything is setup as far as S1 is concerned. I tried using MPE presets in Mai Tai, but pressure did not appear to do anything to them - so I dunno.

It would be a great start to my journey into MPE if I could get something to actually notice I was applying pressure 😄

I'm trying out what you suggested above re mapping pressure to volume for what I am trying, and Google AI is less than helpful - it keeps directing me to use non-existent controls on my MMV2 😭

TIA for any wisdom, mate
