Mix FX are now subscription based ?

So apparently , mix fx are now subscription based and can not be bought anymore ( same goes for fat channe add-ons
For me this is the final nail in the coffin .
How can anyone support this company any longer ?

It's true that Studio One add-ons and all 3rd-party products are no longer available in the PreSonus Store. Some can still be purchased from dealers like Sweetwater. Studio One Scripts (such as Harmony Wizard or Scoring Tools) are available at https://studioonescripts.com.

Maybe the add-on store will return at some point - maybe not. I can't say for sure.

I don't understand the question. You use the software because it's the one you choose - or need - to use.

If you're frustrated about the plug-ins no longer being available, reach out to PreSonus. But if you're just here to vent, this user support forum isn't the right place for that.

There are several places online that sell the PreSonus add-ons. For example, B&H has the CTC-1, Lunchboxaudio has all the Fat Channel add-ons, and so on. There are other outlets as well, like pluginsmasters.com, proaudiostar.com, and a couple others I forget at the moment. Search on what you want to buy, and then wade through all the irrelevant hits (like links to the PreSonus shop). You'll almost certainly be able to find what you want, and it will still work in Studio One.

I agree PreSonus should carry the add-ons. However, the reason why the PreSonus shop no longer sells my Studio One books is because they turned off the store for all 3rd-party products. So maybe licensing or third-party issues became relevant when PreSonus was purchased. (Something similar happened with Cakewalk changed ownership, and they couldn't bundle certain Sonar plugins in Cakewalk by Bandlab.)

Hope this helps.
