MIDI Omni Mode?

Welp, I know it is there somewhere, because I've seen it. However, it's gone somewhere I can't find it. However, it is necessary.
All I get is this for any VI that I select:
I really didn't expect the Spanish Inquisition with this easy stuff. Sigh.

Nope. Doesn't work. My keyboard doesn't work when set to 'all inputs.'
I've seen the Omni. I do not understand.

Do you have Input Monitor enabled? BTW, All Inputs is the same as Omni

No, this isn't possible.

There's no OMNI mode for instrument tracks in Studio Pro. Instrument tracks can only use one specific MIDI channel.
