Michael Brauer Template for Studio One

Hi everyone. Has anyone here created a multi-bus mixing template, like Michael Brauer’s?

I have the template Michael Brauer shared with PureMix.com, in case anyone wants to take a look at it. I’m new to Pro Tools. I’ve been super busy lately and haven’t had much time to learn it — the learning curve isn’t exactly easy. I’ll upload the template to Google Drive for everyone.

Why don’t we all work on this project together? It could be really useful.

I'd be happy to take a look at the one you've created. I put mine together from watching the video you referenced. It's difficult as the original is only in Pro tools format.

Sort of late to respond but I recently created a template for this. Still a work in progress, and I'm starting it tweak it to my workflow, but it's been wonderful to use.

Next thing I'm trying to figure out is how to adapt it for orchestral music as well as mixes that include a full orchestra as well as a band. Trying to think through ways of adapting it to include different orchestral stems. Maybe it's as simple as sending high strings and winds to A, along with like harp and tonal percussion, orchestral perc and low strings/brass/winds to B, mid/high brass to C? Idk - or create even more busses to account for orchestral instruments but feels like that'll sort of take away from the glue of those 4 busses

I think you are on the right track. Michael's approach is instruments that are focused to certain frequencies and sending them to a particular bus. Drums and bass to B, whilst drums are full frequency, the kick, snare and toms are all low end dominant.
I have created my own template that is Brauer informed. It works well but my problem is my PC is ageing and easily runs out of CPU power.
