This to me is a major bug that needs to be addressed asap.I work on 3 monitor screens and this has never happened to me the past 9 years on Studio one until this Fender 8 update.

All plugins so far........Kush,IK Multimedia,Waves, etc.Only been working on 2 sessions in 8 so far and both have the same graphic bug.Plugs work fine if I do not move them to another screen but they are chopped in half to where you can't reach some of their controls because they are not visible.

Are you using any scaling on one of the monitors? Different scaling between monitors may cause weirdness. Not saying it shouldn't be fixed, just a possible lead.

I have a 4 monitor system. (I only use 3 for Studio Pro, the 4th is in the other room in the vocal booth for displaying lyrics).

2 of my monitors are 1080p set at 100% DPI. The third that I use for Studio Pro is a 2k monitor also set at 100%. So, the DPI scaling is the same, but the resolution is different. I do not have this issue. So, I then went to my high DPI monitor and changed it to both 125% and then 150% and was not able to duplicate this issue. I am tending to agree that this is likely a simply video card driver issue. Also, COULD be that bugged Windows update that came out at about the same exact time that Studio Pro was released. Microsoft has since released a suggested patch update to fix that, which I highly recommend as one of the things this patch fixes is video card issues. Go to your Windows Update. If it says you are all caught up, look a little lower, there may be a notification that there is an additional "voluntary" update available for a KB5074109. You need to run that. It fixes a WHOLE host of problems and may fix this issue as well.

I, too, daily use multiple screens on Windows 11 (with different resolutions and scaling) and have not seen anything like that at this point on FSP. Yes, at times there is glitchy sizing and "chopped" views when dragging across borders (on both S1 7 and FSP 8), but I prefer to use the shortcut (Win+Shift+arrows) to send plugin/instrument windows to various screens and it tends to not happen then. If ever it does, a quick close and re-open and the window opens on my chosen screen as expected. Certainly have never had the spastic hang like seen in the OP.

I knew about Win+Arrows, but man....I didn't know about adding the SHIFT. THAT is so much better...it doesn't go thru the Pre configured Zones of each monitor that way! THANKS!

holy crap.. win shift arrows is a good one! Did not know that either! Thank you!

Yeah, it is looking like an issue. Please try the Windows key, Shift and the Arrows to move the plug in. See if that works? At least until they can investigate and hopefully fix for you!

I have dual screens with 8.0.1 Fender Pro. I can move plugs between screens, no issues. I know that won't help you out
but I just had to mention how much I like your Home Screen!!✌️ Peace 🖖
