Macro / Shortcut to open and placed a plugin with the good preset in one click

I am wondering if is it possible to open and place a plugin on my selected track with the good plugin preset in one click using Macro please ?

Of course, instead of using "Find Command", you can also assign shortcuts to the macros directly.

Tell me one thing Lukas not sure it make sense to open another thread for this.
Is there a way to have access and permanently see our plugins outside the mixer?
(Because for example each time i open my mixer, the compressor plugin is always stretched out with the chart hence i cant see my others plugins below...)

To be more clear,
Is there a way to have access and permanently see our plugins outside the mixer and the inspector in a mini view mode but small enough to adjust the parameter please ? (like on FX racks in Ableton for example)
If it is impossible it means my solution is to use Macro Knobs maybe ? (But is there a way to configure my Macro controls once for all on all tracks without having to reconnect it each time for each new tracks please ?)
