Lost Interface Inputs

All of a sudden I've lost my Tascam1-4 inputs. I'm thinking that recent Windows updates caused this problem. Can anyone suggest how to restore my 4 Tascam inputs? The screen shot below show the current (incorrect) state. Thanks.

Your hardware inputs are listed along the top row. To add an input channel, press the Add (mono) or Add (stereo) button at the lower left of the dialog window.
If you made a default safe, you can try and press Reset to Default and see if your former settings return..

Many thanks Gerran. I removed Input L+R, Input L and Input R. I then Add(Mono) 4 Tascam labels and assigned them to IN 1-IN 4 and saved as a default. All is working properly now in my projects.

Any idea how these settings got mysteriously changed in the first place?
