KORG M1 Problem

GIM Productions

New member
Hi everyone, I'm having a strange problem with the Korg M1.
Unlike other VSTIs with which I've set my multi-out presets, the M1 doesn't display the outputs for configuring the instrument and assigning each MIDI channel to an output, output 1 only.
I was able to do this with AD Drums2 and Revolution, but it's impossible with the M1.
Could it be an OS compatibility issue?
What do you think?
Thanks

Looks like that's an issue with Studio One and certain KORG VSTi (M1/Wavestation). In Cubase you can assign the multi-outs (both tested on a Mac).

We can't know that. Please add them to your signature or post when you post in the Community Support forum.

Also, please try posting proper screenshots. It's hard to see anything on this blurry camera picture - and it takes not more than one second to make a screenshot on both Windows and macOS.

Hi Lukas,

with the KORG PlugIns (M1/Wavestation, latest Versions, VST3,AppleSilicon Native) Studio One shows the boxes for the individual outputs, but you can't click these boxes. I tried as both settings to automatically create bus tracks for multi-out instruments being disabled an enabled.
With other multi out Instruments (NI, Steinberg..) it works as expected.

That's exactly what I wrote. The outputs are disabled with the M1, but I have no problems with all the other VSTI 3s on Windows.
I think PreSonus should investigate with Korg.

Sorry about the screenshot, I was in a hurry, but opening it reveals the problem.
You misunderstood SO, I meant Studio One.
Thanks anyway.

reading better I wrote OS and not SO
