Hello folks, I wonder if anyone has encountered this issue before.
I have a session with multiple tempo and time signature changes and want to insert 13 bars of new material half way through. I've drawn a region on the arranger track that contains the new material, right clicked the region on the arranger track and selected "copy" from the dropdown. I then place the playhead at the point I wish to insert the new material and press "ctrlV". What happens next is that the region in the arranger track, the tempo change and the new material is pasted in the wrong place, offset to the right by precisely 13 bars and with the track regions superimposed on the subsequent material. Bizarrely, whatever time signature I have set for the new material is repeated at every bar line until beyond the end marker of the song, probably infinitely (screenshot attached).
Toggling ripple edit doesn't appear to make any difference.
If anyone knows what I'm doing wrong here or can suggest any workarounds I'd be very glad to hear them.
