Is PreSonus login down right now?

Hi, my first time posting - couldn't activate Studio One this morning on startup, went to the PreSonus site to log in and get "Internal Server Error" when I try and log in to the site.

I don't think this is anything to do with Fender accounts or anything like that; everything's been working fine the last couple of days.

Edit: I also get the error message "PreTokenGeneration failed with error invocation timeout". Sounds exciting, no clue what is going on!

is it just me?

Just tried logging in to Presonus and the Fender site and they are not giving me access either.
I tried resseting my password and they are both throwing errors also?

However SO1 loads up OK on my computer, if you are talking about a new product registration/activation it may be their servers are having problems ?

this morning same issue for me. :mad: I've sent an email tu support and via Instagram a message to Gregor Beyerle and Presonus. It's incredible... we are working and stuck here!
 
I have been on studio one the past few hours and everything has been fine. I shut it down thinking I was done, listed to something I was working on, decided to go back in and make some changes. Studio one is asking me to activate? I have been using this for a few years now, I dont know my activation number. So I went to presonus, usually I just click login, this time it says wrong password. I click "forgot password" It asks me my email. I put it in, click submit, internal error or something. So now I cant get into anything.. Any ideas?

Same identical problem here.
 
This is on presonus site after trying to reset password. Get this when clicking submit. They need to fix this..

Only good thing is at least I know its not my pc or something.
 
my.PreSonus.com gives me an 'Unknown Error" whilst trying to log in.
Studio One gives a slightly more informative message: "An error occurred at the server (Status 504)."
I guess the licencing server is down?

Hiya, is SO1 loading as normal?

Also, non of the folks, other than you or me have any system specs, so the loading/lockout might be a Mac issue?

Solved now, I just retried and got into Studio One and my.Presonus.com.
 
**UPDATE**
Seems to be working now. At least the software is, it just loaded up for me
