How to set high/low limits for hardware MIDI control?

I just got a little DOREMIDI MPC-10 Expression pedal to MIDI converter box. It takes standard expression pedal (like a Roland EV-5) data via 1/4” TRS jacks, and ouputs MIDI via either 5-pin DIN or USB-C. I want to use the expression pedal to control the cutoff parameter on a Moog MF-101S filter plugin.

OK, so I’ve got that set up, and it works fine. Moving the pedal sweeps the Moog filter cutoff parameter through its full range (0-100 as displayed in the External Devices/Control window).

But what I want is to limit the travel of the Cutoff control to, say, 30-90, even though the expression pedal is travelling through its full range.

Is there a way to do this in Studio One?

p.s. Well, I discovered that I can limit the range of MIDI data transmitted before it gets to Studio One, using the DOREMIDI “Pedal Config Tool”. So that solves the problem. But I’m still curious as to whether there’s a way to do the same thing within S1.

Man, I wish. I believe a lot of the time it is the plugin itself that would allow you to do that and I don't know of a function like that in context of S1's control functionality. I have come across a few plugins that allow setting up ranges where MIDI inputs of 0-127 (or host automation) are compressed into a range of say (15-60) and every time I come across it, it pleases me to no end. Sometimes I want the whole range of my control to affect a narrower range of a control.
