How to get rid of activation nagging?

Hello!

Over years, I have bought only one of "Retro Mix Legends" and three of strips in "Channel Strip Collection". Now FSP 8 complains in every start that I need to register also the rest of Retro Mixes and Channel Strips. I have not found a way to install only those that I have license of. Does anyone know a solution to this and get rid of the nagging?

I have also opened two tickets to Fender support, but their ticket system is a total mess and I am not able to receive their answers. Their customer portal has problems in support tickets that they seem to be unable to solve. I have asked them to provide the solution by email, but they seem also unable to do that. Sounds very chaotic.

I have been a Presonus customer since 2017 and this time seems to be the all time low.

Support is not available on weekends.
I did my requests already two weeks ago. They have even sent me answers, but I cannot see them, because the support system is totally broken. My email and account are right in the tickets, but they are not able to deliver other answers than "Check open tickets in your account". There are no open tickets in my account. I have confirmed that already with the support, their system is broken. I do not understand why they don't send the answers then by email if their system is broken.

I think the only way to get rid of the nagging is to buy the rest of the collection or to not install any of the ones you already have - both unacceptable solutions. Their activation system seems to treat that stuff as a bundle and is not clever enough to activate only the subset that you own. I get the same nagging with 10 out of the 15 Fat Channel things.

Of course, you only see the nagging when you activate something new so it's easy to ignore but it does feel like something they could have done better.

No, it happens in every start of FSP 8. Is there a setting where I can switch this check off?
