How to find music loops?

How can I find music loops in the loops library? It seems that the search function doesn't work and there is no category for music loops. I would like to have them in one place.

You're right, there is no category for musicloops. Searching for "*.musicloop" in the Files tab doesn't work either. I hope that this can be addressed in an upcoming feature update.

What you could do is using the "Construction Kits" tag for the search. Depending on the Sound Sets you have installed, it shows a lot of musicloops - but unfortunately, not only musicloops, also audioloops (and some few WAV files).

So I can't offer a good workaround right now. If you have a folder of musicloops in the Files, you can store this folder as a root tab in the Browser. But I'm aware that that's not what you asked Maybe still helpful at some point.

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately the .musicloops files even can't be located in the filesystem, because they are hidden in soundsets. So, there seems to be no way to build a folder or a tab for the inbuild musicloop.

I wouldn't have mentioned it if it were not possible It's one of the nice advantages of the Files tab: it can open Sound Sets as if they were physical folders in your file system.

You can view all the Sound Sets, expand them and browse the content.

That's great. I didn't know that. But it's not completely the solution for my problem. I have to browse through all the soundsets and look for musicloops. That's a bit laborious. Is there any way to get all the musicloops in one folder or under a tab?

Yes - as I said, there's not really a good workaround for that, unfortunately. It's something that the Studio Pro team will have to add as part of a browser feature update.
