Harmony, wizard activated in Studio One 7 instead of fender pro 8.1

I'm having an installation problem similar to Steve Mac. I recently purchased 8.1 and upgraded from my studio seven. when I downloaded the HW installation file I double clicked on it. it loaded into my studio one 7 and not my Fender studio pro 8.1. I opened up my fender studio pro and dropped the file straight into it. if I go into the activate purchase items in 8.1, Harmony wizard shows up with an activation button but if I hit the activation button a little window comes up with a blue line like it's doing something, but it never leaves that window and it never installs it or activates it in Fender studio pro.

I am running a Mac studio with the 26.6 iOS

Thanks

The add-on must already be installed - otherwise, Studio Pro would not ask you to activate it.

When you click “Activate,” Studio Pro should open the activation page in your web browser. Does that happen? If the browser does not open the page, something may be misconfigured on your system.

If the activation page opens, you enter your license key, and it displays the message “You have successfully activated Harmony Wizard,” but Studio Pro does not respond afterward, your web browser - Safari, perhaps - may not be redirecting back to Studio Pro correctly.

In that case, you can download the license manually from the “Activation failed?” section of the activation page and drag the downloaded license file onto the activation window in Fender Studio Pro.

Another possible solution is to try a different web browser, such as Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari. Open the activation page in the other browser and see whether it redirects to Studio Pro correctly.

Let me know if this works.

I need some more details before I can offer advice.

I switched from Safari to Firefox and it installed just fine and activated. It's possible Safari worked. I just had the screen window buried, and then realize it, but change into Firefox solve the problem. Thank you so much.
