i'm happy to see this. In the good ol days the recorders I had an -6 / + 6 or not at all.
I used this feature on the old recorders when I really needed to get the muck
cleared up or just have the song faster. Looking forward to trying it

Just FYI - as far as I can tell it's semitone transpose only, not tape varispeed. You can't transpose by, for example, 2% and have it both raise the pitch and brighten the timbre. For 2-track tape machine-type speedup, bring the master into a new session. Edit the tempo track, with the Timestretch mode set to Tape. The tempo track doesn't have to be the same tempo as the original song because the tempo change is a percentage, not an absolute value. I do this often with my songs, but don't tell anyone :ROFLMAO:

A bonus feature is you can add expressive tempo changes while the tempo track is active.
