Full Screen mode disables Windows screen shortcuts

I have the issue (for as long as I can remember, actually, even in Studio One 7) whereby having any window/panel in Studio Pro in Full Screen mode (such as from View-Windows-Fullscreen in menu bar) the Windows shortcuts to switch quickly to Desktop (Win+D), switch between open windows (Alt+TAB and Alt+ESC), or even WIN key itself opening the Taskbar (mine is hidden by default) and then clicking on another open window from there to open it, none of them will work, and SP window remains on top. In short, there is no way to switch windows when SP is in fullscreen. I do not have this issue in other apps.

Anyone else?

I'm seeing the same behavior. Been seeing it since SO7.

To anyone who gives this a try and can't figure out how to get out of Full Screen mode (me), Shift+F toggles it on and off.

I just figured I was doing something wrong. What I finally discovered was to
not use Full Screen and just simply stretch the screen to what I need since
I could not find another to work

This is what I do as well as a workaround, but this is not correct display behavior. I do not see this response to any other windows app in fullscreen. Alt+TAB always works to switch windows elsewhere.
