Fender Studio Pro and iZotope RX 12 ARA extension

Yesterday I installed the RX 12 trial because I'm interested for the spectral editor ara extension.
The rx12 specifications show as compatible daw for the vst3 ara, Studio One 7 and Fender Studio Pro 8.
When I insert the rx12 extension in an event on Studio One 7, comes up the ara RX SPectral editor but on Fender Studio Pro(latest), opens up a window with the message: Not supported DAW
Is there any place on Fender where I could report this behaviour?

If iZotope says FSP 8 is compatible but the program says it isn't, it might be worth pursuing this with iZotope.

Yes, probably this is what I have to do but I don't know if it's worth to spend my time trying to communicate with iZotope.
In the past I have seen in similar cases that an update to the daw fixes the issue, but yes from the moment iZotope say that is compatible,
it should already be.
Here is two screenshots from Studio One Pro 7 and Fender Studio Pro

Ok, I submitted a support ticket at the iZotope Support Help Center.
By the way... I love my Fender Studio Pro 8 and this forum.
Cheers to everyone here

I've found the Native Instruments User Forum quite useful for answers about NI and iZotope stuff, though it does sound like this is a matter for Support.
