Solved cut off from studio one five

Hi,
A few days ago I was asked to log in to my presonus acct.
I couldn't because I no longer have my three year old product code.
Can't get help, because can't log in.
Is there any hope?
I found a phone number on their website, but how can't find it again.

For login to my.presonus.com you don't need a product code as far as I know. Login name is an email address and the password is something you'll have made up yourself. If that is lost, use the forgot password link.

Also note that Fender is migrating accounts, which may cause login problems. So make sure your migration is completed first. for details see this thread.

NB. I migrated by creating an account on the Fender site with the same email address as I used for my PreSonus account. I got a warning that that my account already existed, so proceeded with 'lost password'. After sorting that out everything was there. Easy really.

Hi, thanks for your help.
I found "activate your Studio one Five" screen...needs a product code..
who knows, at this point I[m so screwed up I'm not sure I'm asking the right questions.
Good tip about Fender.
That was adding to my probs.

I think you have to sort out your Fender account first. Then signing on from Studio One should proceed as normal.

I’ve found myself in this situation and what I have done is I save all those activation emails to a sub folder of my email.
But even if you don’t have that you might be surprised how far back your inbox goes.

It’s a big reason why you should always maintain your email address over a long period of time and use one that only you can delete stuff from.

In the end Im sure once you have access to your old account your purchases will be there.

Situation resolved.
I'll spare you the details because I start to sound like Colonel Kurtz.
Thanks to all, your tips helped me along the way.
I love my guitar time, but no keyboards was killin' me.
