Control Surface / MIDI Learn Question

I'm sure it's something stupid that I'm forgetting how to do. but I'm trying to MIDI learn using the knobs on my Komplete Kontrol S88 MK2 keyboard...the "left side" of the control thingy is up there on the top of Studio Pro, but the right side isn't...the side you can "Link" to the left...if that makes sense. How do I get that to show up again? My KK is in the External Devices, but I'm pretty sure there is a setting I need to setup...I just don't know what. I used to do this all the time, but it's been a while, and somewhere along the line, I must have deactivated it...

It's not Komplete Kontol. That second should be there all time. Even for my Atom. It's just not there any more.
