Can't connect Faderport 8 to Studio One v7

Hi,
I have a brand new Faderport 8 set to Studio One mode. It displays my mixer channels, and I know it's receiving MIDI (faders move on playback), but it is not sending MIDI. This happened before, and a reboot was enough to fix, but now that's not working.

My setup is simple, but I'm not sure what to try next.
