WTF

The client was sitting next to me, watching me try to fix the issue. Studio One crashed, and I couldn't resolve the problem. I couldn't log in to my.presonus.com either. Resetting my password failed, too.

Makes me wonder how Presonus subscription plan is going. Seems like there may be some chronic kinks
to get worked out. When all the talk started going on with the Sub plan (in recent past), It totally had me thinking about my future
with Presonus. I came really close to bailing and going to Logic (or maybe another DAW) but, It seemed things
got Ironed out to some degree and Version 7 was a killer release IMO. I am beginning to think out loud again. Now, I have no idea if your issue is related to what seems to be trickling down the stream but, there just seems to be to much odd stuff happening. Honestly, If Presonus is hell bent and determined to go the Subscription way I just wish they would do so and roll the dice so to speak. I hope and pray that I am so wrong I have to eat crow. I just have this weird feeling that what happened to you today
is going to happen to me and / or other folks that get caught up in this apparent crossfire. Come on Presonus, deal your hand
and get it moving and get the kinks worked out, please...👺🖖🖖🖖

I got the Fender merge message as well. I did manage to find my Fender password (hooray for password managers) and am able to acces all myPreSonus functions. Login remains a two step process for me:
1. Login with the original my PreSonus account credentials
2. Supply the Fender login credentials in the Fender merge message pop-up.
Login takes me back to the my PreSonus login, but autoloads on into myPreSonus after a few seconds of waiting.
No matter how often I've entered my Fender credentials, I still have to do both steps.

Hope this helps any of you to access your accounts...
