It’s been a while since I used Studio One. I do have an active subscription. However when I booted up SO, I was asked to activate it again. When I tried the online option, it didn't work and so to did the second option and the third one with offline access. The error message I'm getting is something I don't understand and I opened a support ticket on the 6th of June and still haven't got a reply. I have attached the screen shot of the error.
