Bulk insert event FX

For my case, I chose an already stored FX chain.
Assigned this macro to a keyboard shortcut, selected all events, hit the shortcut, done.

I've incorporated this into my workflow a couple of years ago and never looked back. What I did was mapping my number keys to different "themes" and have variations with the modifier keys. So if 1 is "Utility", ctrl+1 inserts an expanded VU Meter, shift+1 is Mixtool and ctrl+shift+1 inserts a Mixtool+VuM+Level Meter (all expanded). But what really sped everything up was mapping 2 to Fabfilter's Pro-Q, 3 to Pro-C and after that is all channelstrip emulations, i.e. 4 is SSL, 5 is Neve and 6 is API. 7, 8 and 9 are different compressors (opto, FET, vari-mu respectively), and 0 is saturation.

For every key you get 7 variations:
1. ctrl + key
2. shift + key
3. alt + key
4. ctrl + alt + key
5. ctrl + shift + key
6. alt + shift + key
7. ctrl + alt + shift + key

For example, ctrl+4 is an SSL 4K-E, shift + 4 is SSL 4K-G and alt + 4 is the SSL 9K-J. Combined with Lukas' Select All Tracks command you can have a whole console emulated across the board in a couple of keystrokes.
