BUG or By Design? (before I submit tickets)

1) If you move an instrument to an instrument set, all is well, your instrument track is still associated with the instrument. However, if you move it back, it breaks this connection (the instrument appears active in the Instrument list but the name is grayed out).

2) Dragging an instrument out of a set into the regular instrument section should not create a copy unless I hold down ALT. Currently you have to hold down shift to move.

3) Freezing an instrument track should NOT normalize the audio; it should retain the original volume etc (as it used to in previous versions). The current work-around is to bounce the track first (creating another track), then freeze the original track, then mute it. Obviously this is an insane way to work if, like me, you freeze and unfreeze tracks often.

4) Recording a midi instrument with 'Takes to Layer's should not produce multiple layers the first time you record.

4) Freezing a track should NOT change the track name.

I'm sure I'm forgetting some, but this is a start....

If anyone feels these are NOT bugs, please make your case, thanks!
