The key you had blanked out. That should work everytime.

I had a similar problem for a few minutes when I first purchased my license. It was I was doing something wrong when you open Studio one and get the dialogue in your post #13 You need to read what is say carefully and I'm pretty sure it's that middle box that caused me issues. Did you click on the drop down arrow?

And yes - this is a perpetual licenses so suggestions about Pro+ do not apply.

So unless you are pasting a hardware key in there or something else besides the actual S1 key - it's probably time to consult with Presonus Support.

There is nothing anyone here on the forums can do for this scenario.

Not your bad. In fact, the Quantum HD8 comes with a 12m Pro+ subscription (which includes a perpetual license).

The usual way to activate Studio One would be: 1 - create a MyPresonus account, 2 - register the Quantum with its serial # (which starts the subscription), 3 - install Studio One, 4 - activate Studio One with Pro+. That worked for me. No need to enter a key anywhere.

Correction - this device does not come with a "subscription" (PRO+) license - it comes with a standard perpetual license.

They must have changed this lately. My HD8 included a 12m Pro+ subscription. I still have access to Pro+ content (subscription period ends 9/12/2025).

They do vary the bundled software from time to time, and the bundles vary across markets.
