I'm not familiar with the term half stack. Do you mean pedal? Half rack space?.......
Also, how does Wah wah, connect with the subject "Amp? Did you mean Ampire, Wah wah?

Sorry, I said it wrong, I meant Effect - Wah (half cocked)

Gotcha. Did the video help answer your question? I stumbled by it, by accident. It seemed to be helpful on the fact that you could provide automation to the wah-wah.
FWIW, another cool little Diddy to get a desired wah wah effect is to use the Pro EQ plugin as an insert on your channel. Run everything flat. Then, boost the mid-band to about +10 dB, keeping the Q (bandwidth) quite narrow. Now sweep the frequency while playing back, or playing in real time. You can automate the frequency control in the same manner as the video. This can produce many Wah-wah types like a Crybaby wah, MXR, Electro-Harmonix, etc. Right to your liking!
