Key Solutions Sounds have recently released one of the best software synths I have ever heard actually. It's called Traveler and it just been updated to v1.2 which features a host of new features.

But today they have released a new amazing Midi effect called Passage which works with Studio One in case you are wondering. Its classed as an Instrument so Studio One sees it and it can be inserted in series with any soft synth.

Video released today also on how it works:

This is in no way meant to say something negative, but as an alternative there already is a fantastic plugin out there. It features a lot more than 4 slots, has envelopes, lfos and loads of controllers. It supports midi in and out, but also audio in for envelope followers or other forms of audio reactions to CC. It is called Magic MIDI Modulation, or MMM for short. Best of all: It is free software!

Wonderful, Jeff. Still out of pocket, but I'm in on this synth from Mike Martin. Thanks for the heads up.

It sounds beautiful James. Over 10 years in the making and it shows. It sounds as good as Omnisphere and that is really saying something.

To clarify, I was impressed with Mike Martin's recent synth release, Traveler which is not a MIDI centric effect generator such as Passage. Looks like they will both be succesful plugins.
