I like the music, the arrangement, and the approach. There's a bit too much compression for my tastes (master bus? guitars?), but that's how I roll :) On the other hand, I usually complain about vocals sitting too low but you didn't have that problem, they sit very well in the track and are effective. Ditto the lyrics.

On a related note, it's cool you're at home with different styles. It's unfortunate the world is so singles-oriented, one of the great things about albums was hearing a variety of material stitched into a single listening experience.

Thanks for the advice! I remastered the track with a 3DB bell reduction around 350 HZ. It definitely cleaned things up. The link to SoundCloud was replaced with the newer version. Thanks again for taking time to give feedback!

That's one reason why this forum is so great, we can trade advice as well as comments. It's also great because there's no effing algorithm trying to make me like certain things!! The variety of what the community produces is a treat.
