windows in Studio 7 & 8 cannot display

Whenever I open the setting or the right-click menu, the window show like this.o_O

I've seen this symptom with a couple of Windows programs in the last week or so, and I'm pretty sure it's a Windows issue, not a Studio pro issue.
 
This is graphics issue I believe.
