Weird stuttering and lagging in arrange window during playback

So this issue cropped up recently and I'm baffled as to why it's happening. It wasn't happening before.

Essentially whenever I playback my track, if the tracks (audio or instrument) have audio or midi populated in it, studio one visually begins lagging and stuttering. If I scroll down further in my arrangement where there are tracks with no audio or midi, studio one goes back to running smoothly.

I've had a few issues with Opus and EW Spaces II that has caused Studio One 7 to crash at times, or songs to not load. I had a weird experience with a template I created from a past song. I saved the template after deleting all the midi and audio tracks and purging all the VIs etc. But when used it on a new song, at random points when I'd transform something to rendered audio, once it was complete, it would play audio from the original song the template was created from, but I couldn't find it anywhere.

I ended up creating a new template and restarted the song I was working on from that but that's when the new issue cropped up with the lagging and stuttering only when a track with data in it was visible in the arranger view.

All my plugins are up to date, this has happened on both Studio One 7.1.1 and 7.2 (and yes I've created support tickets with PreSonus and EW, neither have helped resolve the issue so far).

I've gone through all the support articles about optimizing your PC for Studio One. I did a fresh install of the nvidia driver and set it to "Prefer Maximum Performance" (although it doesn't matter what this setting is at).

I am using an MX Master 3 mouse configured for studio one through Logi Options, but it's never been an issue in the past (and that firmware is up to date as well).

Has anyone experienced this issue and any tips to resolve it?

Details below on what I've done to try and fix the issue.

I've done the following:
- Disabled C-States in bios
- Enabled XMP profile for my DDR5 RAM (2x32gb 6400mhz)
- Enabled Precision Boost Overdrive for overclocking
- Enabled Hyperthreading (I believe this is recommended since Studio One supports it but I can disable if necessary)
- Created curve optimization (tested and stable)
- Turned off ECO Mode
- Disabled LED control stuff
- Uninstalled all MSI mobo software
- Disabled all other audio drivers
- Set Nvidia power management to Prefer Maximum Performance
- Uninstalled Nvidia audio driver
- Uninstalled all unnecessary windows apps (at this point the only things installed on my computer are my plugins, Firefox, 1Password, Signal, Studio One 7.2, Wavelab 12 Pro, SpectraLayers 11 Pro, Steinberg apps to manage installation, Universal Control, Signal, Whatsapp, Discord (none of which I use when recording), and Logi Options for my logitech mouse (maybe a few others).
- Disabled windows apps like Game Bar
- Disabled drive indexing
- Turned off Controlled Folder Access
- Disabled Wifi and Bluetooth, as well as disabled the wifi driver in device managee
- Disabled and Uninstalled OneDrive
- Removed almost all animations except for a few
- Disabled all startup apps
- Run Memory Diagnostic Tool with no issues
- Have all the latest firmware and drivers
- Have my write drive at around 50% usage, with my C drive at around 67% free
- Set power options to High Performance, both settings set to never
- USB Root Hubs "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" set as disabled

I've run Geekbench (Single Core 3354 - Multi Core 17740), userbenchmark (CPU 125%, RAM 181%)

LatencyMon Stats attached.

So after all my hair pulling, I'm 99.9% sure it's EW Opus.

I opened another heavy session but with no Opus plugins and there was no stuttering at all.

I reopened the session I was currently working on that had Opus plugins, and tested again.

I started at the bottom of my arrange view that had tracks with Opus on them but they were all purged. No stuttering. As I scroll up and the first "active" opus track comes on screen the stuttering begins and gets worse as more active opus tracks show up, then when I get past all those tracks, the stuttering stops. And scrolling back down the arrange window is the same. Active opus tracks on screen = stuttering. Inactive opus tracks or other vst or audio tracks = no stuttering.
