Have any of the experts done a quick video on this menu?

Or at least point out where in the Help system that it is functionally explained in detail?

I've not found a video specific to the updated menu for 3rd party VSTi.

What OS and Studio One release are you running?

Do you have the Studio One Pro 7.2 Reference PDF manual?
If not, I have the download for it as a link in my signature.
I find it's much easier to search for things than the online help.

My Profile ABOUT page tells you everything you need to know about my system & specs... & I filled it out when I first joined this forum and update it as necessary.

Yes, I have both the Live URL and the PDF of the manual, have searched them extensively and found a couple very minor references to items in this menu, and absolutely NONE relating to the <Export VST3 Preset> command and what it does. IMHO there are some of the complicated sections of operation of this software that are very poorly documented (and I've written some very involved console, tape machine, and acoustical analysis operations manuals in my life-experience!), but I'll keep searching.

I have had the <Store Instrument+FX Preset> NOT save the inserts (comp/lim/eq) in several cases, and the <Store Preset> not work at all on several occasions after multiple attempts, different song sessions, different track/channel/insert scenarios, etc. Can't conclude a specific issue location, nor is it consistently repeatable by recipe. Not mission critical, but irritating that I can't pin it down.

Lukas turned me on to the Toolbox videos a long time ago, and I have been conversing with him on improvements, but have not found any coverage of this query.
I have seen the Lukas video on instrument presets, but it's a bit out of date regarding Export & VST3, but did explain well the <...+FX Preset> which is my preferred, as I have Keyswitch tables for most of my orchestration.
Thanks for the Marcus video link... must have completely missed that one in the Toolbox, will catch up on it later to see if it has any more info.
