Studiolive 16.0.2 usb vs Universal control

Hello, I don't see my studiolive 16.0.2 usb mixer appear in Universal control.
I already updated the UC soft and try it on my desktop and laptop in Windows 10 and 11 ,but still nothing.
I like to set my mixer to the factory settings.
I see al of my other interfaces in UC,there's no problem with them .
Anyone a solution ?

You see it in your DAW?
What version of Universal Control? (Mine is 4.6.1.104762). Make sure you are on the latest and make sure you install the right drivers whilst installing Universal Control. Don't forget to reboot.

Then again it's an old device. My Faderport Classic does not appear in Universal Control either (I have to download an older version if I want that).

The OP stated it's a studiolive 16.0.2 USB.....not the original firewire version. The 16.0.2 was only released in 2017.
