Solved Studio One Remote Transport benefit

Hi

This is an odd one. In Studio One the transport bar has the usual functions you would expect to see. It's also got next marker and previous marker. Fairly common controls.
I also use the Windows Studio One Remote app and what I have noticed as a major advantage over the main Studio One exe is the Remote transport panel has a control that when clicked shows all the markers and/or arranger sections in your song. It's brilliant for fast song navigation. It also has a symbol for inserting markers. I've looked at trying to customise the Studio One transport to mimic the Remote and it's missing these functions.
This seems odd that the app is more feature rich than the main program. Am I missing a setting?

More than likely they don't include those in Studio One's Transport due to limited horizontal screen space.

I created a custom macropage called "My Transport" for Studio One that does that...
It can be detached and float to wherever you want to position it in Studio One.

Hey Trucky - That's brilliant. Very well done. I went to Exchange, and found "My Transport", which is 4 years old. Any way you could update the macropage on Presonus Exchange, or post it somewhere? (Or give some insight into how to get the icons for the "Goto Previous Marker"/"Goto Next Marker" buttons?) I use a touch screen for my console view, and typically just float the macro tool bar above the console channels. But it would be so much better to have a functional transport view for this. Like Daw Stew, I have used the studio one remote app, but it can only shrink down to ~ 1/3 of the vertical height of the screen, and forces me to make the channels in console view to be shorter than I like.
