Studio One 7 issues

I just made blank project, two plugins, but I actually just used my monitor which shows up as a sound card, so no audio actually passing through you can hear,
I am not a Mac user, any chance you could clarify what audio driver you are using ?
Excuse my lack of understanding, but the above comment just sounds odd!

It does beg the question, I have a very skant knowledge of Mac and wonder if it's something with their aggregated sound card services?
That being said the OP has an RME, I did a stupid thing once and managed to flip my RME into Mac mode. It worked but all of the on screen TotalMix function was way off and gave some very unexpected results. Something about humans and it's to ERR.

Hope the OP gets this sorted his system should fly.

Nope, trinnov is controlled over a network connection but no audio. I switched to a nicer usb hub and I have less crashes for sure. Though I still can’t figure out the synth, it doesn’t crash if I use the synth whole studio one is open but if I use an editor app it crashes, same for all synths some kind of midi loop, but local control off on the synth doesn’t fix it. I think the newer softube updates for console 1 made things more stable as well,
DM me the top 30 or so lines of your crash report. I have someone to send it to.

Too bad this is still going on. You posted the issue initially on Sept 20th. What did Presonus Support have to say, or do? Not that they are going to solidify everything, or even how your Trinnov or other USB hub is set. But they might be able to see some even basic conflict. Even with USB or MIDI clock. That would be good to know because it was suggested to try that support path. Sorry in case I missed that answer.
