Solved Sound Variations Edit dialog context menu issue?

Ok... so I finally found something that has me confused:

In the drop-down context menu of the Sound Variations Editor, I've found a large number of what appears to be duplicate listings for some, but not all, instruments.

They are listed as duplicates, and some show at the bottom of the nested folders (by Source Library in my case) even though they have been put in the appropriate directory in WinExplorer. If I were to open any one of the Library directories (like the NI Symphony Series or Impact Soundworks for example), many of the keyswitch files show as duplicates, yet only exist once in the WinExplorer file listing.

When I open Explorer and examine the contents of MYDRIVE\MYSTUDIOONEPROJECTFILES\Presets\User Presets\Key Switches each one is only a single instance and is in its proper library directory location. [FWIW there are only the UACC defaults in C:\Program Files\PreSonus\Studio One 7\Presets\User Presets\Key Switches]

Is this an issue with just the display of the Sound Variations Editor or a parsing issue in the context menu?

Is there some ancillary cache file that I need to delete and rebuild?

This is the same directory in WinExplorer:

Before we continue, please do "Re-Index Presets" on the Home tab of the Browser.

If it still shows the same afterwards, let us know.
That idea hit me in the middle of the night. Will do ASAP and let you know.

@Lukas; yes, that was indeed the issue. This is like a function in a spreadsheet that you know exists, but when you don't use it very often, just escapes all your gray matter. Occam's Razor strikes again.
Thanks!
