Solved Setting to locate clips?

Is there a setting that will flag a clipping event at the precise location on the timeline in which it occurs?

On a previous DAW I used, if a track clipped, a marker would appear on the timeline at the exact clip location. So far in S1, I can see that a clip has occurred but it is always in hindsight. I have to hunt for the event by rewinding and replaying. Any help?

Oh that’s a nice feature. What was the previous daw?

Cakewalk.

It was actually a floating marker that showed how many dB above 0 and always rested at the highest peak to the left of the vertical line that follows playback. If a peak clipped, the marker would be red.

I've asked for it, and it's been discussed since version 2. No go, yet. There are 3rd party plugin meters that provide a chart that illustrate the clip, but they don't have an actual time setting.

It would also be nice in Studio zone if the clip displayed that last time clipped on the main outs and respective track(s) clip indicators.
