S1 constantly crashing when importing videos

hey all

Have been working with video just fine for the past months but now as soon as I import one, S1 crashes immediately.

I can replicate this 100% of the time:

- import video
- thumbnail is created
- hourglass next to the mouse cursor
- crash

Using the same codec as usual

Updated my video card drivers too but no luck .. also installed a codec pack, still no luck... not sure if it's my video card or the 7.2 update

any tip?

Also, what's listed for the reason it crashed when you restart Studio One?

I'm on 7.2 and today will test switching back to 7.1

Where does it get specified? (Reason for crashing) Don't recall any message

On the website I can get access only to the 7.0

No.

It's just a problem with the dark mode on this website which does not show text in the right color. Just select some other items in the list. Once selected, they should show up correctly.
