Remote app no longer works for Studio One v6

I am having an issue with the Remote app no longer recognizing Studio One version 6. It recognizes Studio One version 7. The version of the Remote app that I have installed is v1.9. Any suggestions on how I can address this? I frequently bounce back and forth between v6 and v7.

Following up on my previous port, I have downloaded version 2.0 of the remote app. It recognizes Studio One V7 and V8 but still doesn't recognize V6.6.4. I did check to make sure that "Allow remote control apps to discover the DAW" is checked in General, Network settings. Description of the app in the App Store states it should work all the way back to version 3 and above. Interestingly it will connect with version 5 so I am guessing it is some setting in Version 6 that is causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried v2 of the Windows remote. It works with studio one v7. I'm disappointed that they've not added any new functionality to it
