hey all,
I just got the HD8 with the hopeful wish to replace the RME Babyface
Installed, recognized and upgraded the firmware on UC but
- if I switch the Phantom power on one channel in UC it doesn't on the HD8
or
- if I turn the gain knob on the HD8 it doesn't on UC
so it seems they're not talking
a strange thing is that UC is recognizing that
- Mic 1-2 are a stereo aggregated input (if I press 1 on the channel selection, also 2 becomes white)
- if I press Audio Gain on 1 then also 2 gets Audto Gain on
So there's some communication but not all of it.
Tried uninstalling-reinstalling UC-reboot no luck
Also tried disconnecting both power cable + usb C cable but still no luck.
Any hint?
