Quantum ES 2 Latency

Hi!

So, i've got the Quantum ES 2. But I've also got latency issues with it. 9.62ms (roundtrip), with 64buffersize, 48k. It does not give me more than 1 or 2ms at 96k.
I have a mac mini m2. Can something be done, should I go back to my old interface?
Should I toss it in the bin, really?

Did you install Universal Control latest version? Seems like it’s running in class compliant mode…

Universal did an firmware upgrade yesterday. So i have uc, but maybe that was'nt what you ment?

Please post a screenshot (see examples of mine below) that shows your roundtrip latency.

Have you submitted a Support Ticket (see link in my signature) yet? If not, please do so.

I'm a big fan of the Quantum USB audio interfaces. I don't have a Mac Mini M2 but here's the results I'm getting with my computer (see stats in my signature) running Windows 11 (24H2), the latest ES 2.17 firmware and UC 4.6.1.104762.

Hi!
I have the same input latency as you. But the roundtrip is high

I'm not having any latency issues with my setup.

Here's a video regarding settings for Low Latency Monitoring that hopefully helps your issue...

Hey Trucky. The cogwheel button, what does that? Maybe I'm stupid, but I don't understsnd what it does. Or rather, I don't notice what it does.

Which cogwheel button are you referring to?

Please post a screenshot for where it is located.

The big volume wheel, you can press it down but i don't get what effect that has

It's used for "Recovery Mode".
