Purchased Pro 8 upgrade. Download not showing in “My Gear”

Around 5:00 pm, I purchased the Pro 8 upgrade. Received email conformation. As of the time I’m posting this: 8:43 pm, it still hasn’t shown up
in “ My Gear” so I can download and install ? Any ideas or advice ?

Note: Have refreshed my browser. Tried another browser and logged in on another system. No joy

Had the same issue... mine finally showed up after about 4 hours...

Verizon was down for a while--long enough for them to send me a $20 (USD) credit--so that might have something to do with it taking longer than usual for stuff to appear.

I have a monthly subscription, and once I converted to using the Fender flavor, stuff started appearing.

The thing that took a day or so to appear was the free vacuum-tube VST effect plug-in (Black Box Analog Designer HG-2 [Plug-In Alliance]); but it appeared eventually and I downloaded, installed, authorized, and tested it. It appears to do something, but at the moment I have no idea what it actually does, other perhaps than add some vacuum-tube blur. Coincidentally, it did not appear until Verizon started working, again.

There is another topic open this; and it has a few suggestions regarding where to get to the registering and downloading Fender website.

Let us know when and how you get this working.
