Presonus website rejects my previously valid login

I cant even login into my Presonus account today - apparently the password policy changed - now needs an Upper Case character in it. Yet it won't even let me reset my password using "Forgot Password" ( or "reset password" in order to change it as it says it doesn't recognise my user id ( email )

this is infuriating. I paid my subscription yet now it locks me out so I couldn't even cancel it if I wanted to!

I got the Fender merge message as well. I did manage to find my Fender password (hooray for password managers) and am able to acces all myPreSonus functions. Login remains a two step process for me:
1. Login with the original my PreSonus account credentials
2. Supply the Fender login credentials in the Fender merge message pop-up.
Login takes me back to the my PreSonus login, but autoloads on into myPreSonus after a few seconds of waiting.
No matter how often I've entered my Fender credentials, I still have to do both steps.

Hope this helps any of you to access your accounts...

This isn't affecting me in UK. Either it's fixed, or it's a geographically limited problem.

I think they are still working on it, so I assume right now it should be better. And depending on whether you have a Fender account and how you sign in there seems to be the erratic zone.

No problems logging in for me - then again - I do not have a Fender account either.

And judging by this mess - I don't want one either.

Yes, it appears that it only affects those with a Fender account.

That's interesting, Ian - it did certainly look that way from other posts. Like VP, I've had no problem so maybe there is a geographical context too?

That's what I was wondering. Earlier yesterday I saw people say they were having issues logging in and at that point I was in workspaces and actually accessed it from both work and home. However, when I attempted to access later yesterday evening, I was locked out and I was unable to make a Fender account for some unknown reason.

That must be infuriating. I hope you get it sorted quickly!

No, it goes wider than that. I do have a Fender account but with completely different email address so the accounts cannot have been linked. I solved it by creating a second Fender account with my Presonus email. Messy, and I'm sure it's not what they intended.

Wider still, I cannot create a new Fender account. I'm on some sort of Fender login loop.

Probably stating the obvious, but I'm desperately trying to help as I can imagine the frustration...
Have you tried an in private / incognito browser tab to create the Fender account?
