Solved Pitch Preset dropdown shows 4 files when there are only two in the browser

Please see screenshot, the dropdown shows 4 presets whilst the browser shows 2.
It appears that the dropdown is showing the presets I've deleted.
So I guess the steps to repro is create multiple pitch presets and then delete some of them.
Winodws 11/ Studio One 7.2.1

Click on the little "house" to go to the browser home page. At the bottom you should see two buttons, one of them says "Re-Index Presets." Click on it to refresh the preset db. S1 refreshes the file caches lazily for performance reasons, and it can get out of sync easily when deleting files. A quick re-index generally fixes it.
