Solved Melodyne issue

I have Studio One 6. I just installed the $99 version of Melodyne none of the features work. thoughts?

Have you tried changing the algorithm, e.g. to melodic?

Yes, it doesn't allow me to click on any of those options

What resolved the issue?

Need to click on the Help button and found I was using the trial version. Needed deactivated that and activate the purchased version.
