Last update causes recording to slip 1/4 note?

Last update causes recording to slip 1/4 note? I record some vocals on some of my latest songs, and the event shows up in the track 1/4 note later than recorded and must be moved. Should I revert the update? I think it also happens on instrument recordings. Also, why does the recording sometimes start 1 bar earlier that where I set my cursor to start recording? I have 1 count in precount enabled.

no, I've been working on these songs every day, and nothing changed after the update, unless the update itself changed a value. I noticed the audio offset and buffers were not changed.

I made no changes to settings in weeks... DP was at Medium, at High it's the same. odd... I must be missing something simple? the song and metronome sounds in time with the timebase but if I record, here's what the metronome is recording when I tap to it. Not even a subset of the bars.

I can see that your event starts a quarter beat before what appears to be bar 1 beat 1. For it to line up it needs to be trimmed and shifted to the left. Maybe that gives a clue to what happened to your song. Did you trim the event in the song before the update? Or did that song have a bar offset to accommodate for the lead-in?
