I've heard of people for whom it worked and people for whom it didn't. But it's worth a try.

PreSonus just deployed a fix that shows an overlay if your current PreSonus password doesn’t conform to the new credential standards.

Please try logging in with your existing credentials! I hope that helps.

I'm still unable to log into my PreSonus account. When I enter the correct password, it gives me the ridiculous error "PreSignUp failed with error UserExists." But when I enter the wrong password, it correctly tells me the password is incorrect. If I try to register again, it says the account already exists. And when I attempt to reset the password, it claims the account doesn't exist.

I’ve just experienced that exact same scenario

I just tried to login to presonus with my fender studio details. That let me in but it hasn’t linked to my presonus account. Looks like I just have a fresh account with no products or subscriptions linked to it…that’s not good
