Solved How to disable track record button automatically being enabled when selecting a track?

1. The track record becomes active every time I put the a track in focus? I know I turned it off but can’t find the setting.

2. When I open a midi file the project changes to 44.1. I have all my settings at 48. Another item I can’t find in settings.

Uncheck these options (if enabled) for both audio and instruments.

Thanks. I saw those but most certainly still don’t understand what they are saying. But I will definitely uncheck them.

It means when either of those options are checked, the Input (for audio or instrument) is automatically record enabled when the track is selected.
