Solved Help Finding My Perpetual License After Studio One+ Hybrid Subscription

Born2Perform

New member
Hi everyone,

I bought the one-year Studio One+ Hybrid subscription (Studio One 6 Professional), which ended in April. I used it for the full year and really enjoyed it, but decided not to renew.

From what I understood, the subscription included a perpetual (non-updating) license after the year — as stated:
"You will receive a non-updating Studio One Pro perpetual license!"

It’s now June and I still haven’t seen the license in my account (my.presonus.com), and haven’t gotten any email or notification about it either.

Also, it's been several days now, and I still haven't heard back from PreSonus Support. I've already opened a support ticket and forwarded the original email as proof of purchase, but all I've received is an auto-reply suggesting I open a support ticket—again, ironically.

I don’t have a license showing in my account, and I can’t activate anything. This is clearly a mistake, and support should address it.

Does anyone know the correct email for PreSonus customer support?

This is my first post here — just wondering if anyone else has run into this, or knows how to get the perpetual license?

Thanks in advance!

Update – Issue Resolved!

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to follow up on my original post about not receiving the Studio One perpetual license after my one-year Studio One+ Hybrid subscription ended.

I'm happy to report that the license has now been added to my account! Everything looks correct and is working as expected.

I'm not sure if someone here works at PreSonus, knows someone there, or maybe even reached out to support on my behalf—but if so, I really appreciate it. And if it was just a matter of the support tickets and emails finally getting processed, that’s great too.

Either way, I wanted to say thanks to everyone in the community who took the time to read, respond, or offer help. I really appreciate it!

Wow, I honestly didn’t realize. Thank you for all the work you’ve done to make this place what it is. It’s really appreciated—I’m looking forward to being part of this community.
