Solved Gain staging- How to highlight all channels?

I watched this brief video from Gregor about gain staging. Looks easy enough but I am having trouble figuring out how to highlight all of my channels so I can adjust the gain on them simultaneously instead of one by one. I'm sure the solution is very simple. Any help?
